My webcomic cover design explorations examine the creative process of adapting Korean manhwa for English-language digital publication.

Each concept starts by analyzing the original cover's composition, typography, and visual storytelling. Then I reinterpret those elements into designs that resonate with English-speaking readers while preserving the creator's original intent and the series' identity.

These explorations prioritize readability across digital storefronts, mobile platforms, and thumbnail-first environments. They also consider branding, genre, and audience expectations. This project reflects my understanding of localization, digital publishing, and East Asian comics.
